When you use the contact form or book an initial call, we process your name, company, business email address, your description of the task, and — if you choose to provide them — your role and phone number. For a booking we also process the selected time slot.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken prior to entering a contract and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Where a business relationship arises, statutory retention periods apply.

After an enquiry or booking you receive a confirmation by email, and an internal notification is sent to our sales mailbox. We use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor for delivery; it processes your email address and the content of the confirmation.

We use Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland) as a processor to manage initial calls. A confirmed appointment is created as a calendar entry containing your name, company, email address, and description of the task. Free times are determined server-side; calendar content is never exposed in the browser.

The website and database run in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (AWS region eu-central-1; Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg). The application platform and deployment are operated by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) as a processor.

When you visit the site we process technically necessary access data such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, and browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the purpose is secure and stable operation.

We use the following processors: Resend, Inc. (USA) for email delivery, Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland) for appointment management, Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg; data centre in Frankfurt am Main) for hosting and the database, and Lovable Labs Incorporated for operating and deploying the application platform.

Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all of them. Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA, the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

This website sets no marketing or tracking cookies and uses no analytics tool, so there is no cookie banner. The only value stored is your choice between light and dark appearance, kept locally in your browser.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise them, contact info@uws.ie.

The supervisory authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, Ireland. You may alternatively lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your place of residence.

This privacy policy applies from August 2026 and is updated when the website or its processing activities change.
